Non-Executives recruited in year 2007 & 2008 are facing less salary after wage-revision. Same case happened in Govt. of Tamilnadu in last wage-revision then they issued an order to provide fitment to all employees recruited before issuing of new wage-revision order. We request all associations/unions to intervene the issue to protect the future of young youths recruited as Non-Executives after 2007..

Wage Erosion Issue Update:
These Leaders also met CMD BSNL and urged him to use his good offices for early beneficial settlement of wage loss of post-2007 appointees and Pension, Terminal rules for Direct Recruits of BSNL.
So all the CC's/CP's/CS's should send their valuable suggestions to snattaem@gmail.com & snattachq@gmail.com so that the CHQ may decide future course of action on this issue.
